Welcome to St John Boste Parish, West Durham.
St John Boste parish is a part of the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. Our churches lie in a rural area to the west of Durham City. 
Our Churches are:
- Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, Esh Winning
- St Joseph’s, Ushaw Moor
- St Michael’s, Esh Laude
- St Joseph’s, Langley Park
At Pentecost 2017, we formed a partnership of parishes called ‘Finchale Partnership’. This is named after the 12th century Benedictine Priory on the banks of the River Wear. Other parishes in our partnership are in Durham City, Langley Moor, Sedgefield, Coxhoe and Trimdon.
